You should be able to use:
File > Save As
Change the name and select where you want to save it.
Usually, but not always, these Read Only files are taken from CDROMs.
Copy from the CDROM to your had drive using Explorer.
Then select all the copied files
Right Click > Properties
Remove check from Read Only
OK
