"Read-Only" Outlook 2003 Attachments

When opening attachments in Outlook 2003, the message display's "Read-Only" at the top. Only for one user. Currently running XP and Office 2003. Other users with the same setup do not have this problem. Any help is much appreciated

One possibility is that the attachment is stored in a
directory on a remote machine -- not the machine the user
is physically using -- and the user has read-only on that
machine.
