"Read Only" message

I have a shared folder on the network.I have a lot of
Access Db there (Access XP on Windows 2000)
If someone try to access my Db-es, they get a message the
db-es are "read Only".I don't get this message,but other
people do.

If I put these dB-es on another shared Folder/drive users
don't get the message anymore.
Any place where to look?
