Hi,
We have a staff in the marketing team just left the company, so his teamates
need to look at his emails for follow-up. The problem is giving Full
Mailbox Rights is not a desirable way, people will start dragging emails in
and out of the mailbox making a mess. On the other hand, giving 'Reviewer'
permission subfolder by subfolder is not practicle because there are too
many subfolders. There is no need to delegate 'Send on behalf' permission
too. What is the best way to fulfill all these requirements? We are using
Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, both with latest service packs.
Thanks,
Saigon Tuna.
