read newsgroups in outlook-Microsoft Community

Hello
I have read the post about the third party software to read news groups in
Outlook 2007, but I want to subscribe to the Vista, Office and other
Microsoft communities and read them in Outlook.Is this possible? If so,
Please help me get in the right direction.
 
Outlook is not and never will be a news reader. Use a news reader
instead--whichever one you like.
