Read Error in Internet Explorer

Whenever I'm on IE, a window will popup saying somthing about Runtime and an
unusual way. It says it has to terminate IE. After I OK this, another window
pops up showing 2 strand of smallcase letters and numbers, saying 'The memory
could not be 'read". Its just in IE. Anyone know whats going on?
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
