Having swopped the old small HD for two large ones a few months back
but I am started to get every now and again on bootup scan of drive D.
No faults are found, then after several bootups it repeats.

MB an FIC 2013
Windows 98SE
First HD Maxtor 80gig (C,E,F,G)
Second HD Seagate 80gig (D,H,I,J)
ULTRA ATA/100 controler card
All 20gig partions on boths HD's working fine apart from
the random drive D on second HD(drive D).

Go to Seagate website and dowload their diagnostic tools, test the
drive. If fails, take it back for warranty claim.
