reactivation

i have changed a lot of my cpu's hardward and have
reformatted my HD and installed WindowsXP. The Windows
Activation won't let me reactivate because it says that I
have used the key more than once. I understand that
Microsoft does this when it's product key has been used
already. Does anyone know where i could get international
support over phone? I live in the Philippines. Can't seem
to find the telephone number for reactivation for my area.

hi, that happens when you change a few hardware and then try to reinstall
windows.

if activation through the net doesn't work, windows will give you a phone
number (based in singapore) which is toll free. it will be indicated there
as well. another phone will be given and is based in manila. but i don't
think it's toll free.

i have been there once...having to call the ms guy...hehehe

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Activate
Windows. Alternatively, Start > Run >
"C:\Windows\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A." If you choose to activate
via telephone, WinXP should ask you what country you're in, and then
provide the number to call. If that fails:
