reactivating old email addresses

My hard drive recently broke and although I was able to restore my main
identity, the other address I run through outlook express has disappeared -
can anyone help me set up the old address???

Only you know the mail provider, account name and account passwords needed
to set up any and all email accounts you have. If you at least know the
provider - you can contact them for assistance.
