Reached Activation Limit

My hard drive crashed and while building the new one I tried to load and
install my version of Frontpage 2003.

I received the error message that I the activation limit was reached.

Do I need to buy another copy of Frontpage 2003??

I hope not, what do I need to do?

Use the Phone option you were given in the activation wizard.
