Windows XP Re; Upload eMail addresses ?

Can somebody pls. tell me how to upload eMail addresses from MS Excel spreadsheet into MS Outlook Express 6 ?

I tried to upload an email address from CSV file spreadsheet but it did'nt quite work.

File > Import > Other Address Book > Text File

PLS. HELP ?!
