Re; Update KB 953631

This update was released on 26th August 2008 and was installed by me for my
Vista Ultimate.
Since then this update has been shown as available several times nad also
installed sucessfully.
Today it again appeared as a critical update.
Please someone advise why this update comes up although installed several
times. Is it an update of the update itself or is something wrong with the
server.
