re trojan.elitebar patch

hi im having alot of problems with a viris called trojan.elitebar i was told
to get a patch for it i have tried to look for one but unsussesful in doing
so could someone please help me with this as ihave had it for over a month
now and i can not get rid of it

It's spyware related (browser hijacker). For removal instructions:

Have you tried spybot/adaware/microsoft anti-spyware beta?
