Re: Track Changes - Email

Hi Harold

There are two parts to tracking changes. First, you can tell Word whether or not you want it to keep track of changes made in your
document. Second, and separately, you can decide whether you want to view the changes.

It sounds like your document has tracked changes, but you can't see them. Here's what to do.

First, Tools > Options > Security. Tick the appropriate boxes that will warn you against saving, printing or emailing documents that
contain tracked changes.

Next, turn off track changes by double-clicking the TRK in the status bar. When it's bold, Word is tracking changes. When it's
dimmed, Word isn't tracking changes.

Next, View > Toolbars. Click Reviewing. On the Reviewing toolbar, in the Display for Review box, choose Final Showing Markup. You
should be able to see your tracked changes. If you can't, click the Show button, choose Options and make some appropriate choices to
display the tracked changes.

To accept all the tracked changes in your document, find the Accept Change button (with the blue tick), click the little arrow
beside it, and choose Accept All Changes in Document. Save your document.

Hope this helps.
