Re-sending the same email to same recipient

I can't figure out how to set up to re-send an email to the same recipient.
 
There is no resend function in WM.
You can select Forward, edit, then send.
 
Windows Mail doesn't have a resend option. What I do: select the copy
that is in the Sent Items folder, click Reply All, then delete my own name
from the 'To' line.
 
You can forward or reply to all or you can save the message to the Desktop,
open it with Notepad and add this line to the header:

X-Unsent: 1

then save the file and click on it and it will open up as an unsent message
that you can edit if you wish and then send.
