You'd have to ungroup it, and then it becomes "not smart." (Apply SP2 for
Office 2007, then you can ungroup the SmartArt on right-click. You must
ungroup twice.

Maybe if you set the text to the same size, all the objects will become the
same size. To do that, Crtl+Click on the various objects in the SmartArt,
then just apply a text size on the Home tab. Of course, this also takes away
the "smartness" of the SmartArt, but it doesn't affect it as much as
ungrouping it does.

Thanks Echo! Good tip. I also discovered if you click on the entire hierarchy
chart and click Reset Graphic, the boxes all have uniform size.

By the way, I love your Total Training PowerPoint tutorial!
