Private means just that. Unless you are a delegate to that folder with
permissions to view private items or have owner permissions on that
mailbox you won't be able to get or see private items.

I only want to get the same information which Outlook offers to the users
who look at the screen, but it seems it is too much.

Hi Sue Mosher, Ken Slovak and all the others,

Thank you for your hints you told me in the last weeks.
Now I have another question:

If I open a colleague's calendar in month view, Outlook shows the time and
the genaral subject "Private Appointment" if it is a private Appm. This is
ok.
When I get the appointments using the find method, I get only the non
private appointments.
Is there a way to get the private appointments too?
It would be ok to get a appointment (or another object) like in month view
(time and subject "Private Appointment") and not the detailed information,
but now I get nothing and then I don't know wether there is a appointment on
that day or not.

P.S. All theese questions I ask in the news group, because I am writing an
appliction that blind people get an access to the outlook calendar to manage
their appointments. The user interface of the outtlook calendar is not
effective usable for the blinds. So I am write my own user interface...
and then there occour such problems...

Thanks for your help.
