Re-Organise Folders & content

I am Using Microsoft Professional 2007 - Outlook
I now have an extensive list of E- Mail Folders in Outlook.
As with any Filing Cabinet, one needs, from time to time, to re-organise
the Folders and contents, within, by deleting some and consolidating on
others.
Is there a way to display all Folders and file contents on one page to allow
me to Audit the System by - "Drag & Drop", delete, etc., etc., . files,
to streamline the whole filing system.
