How do I print the folders list (not the contents) in MS Outlook?

I want to print the Outlook folders list as a sort of table of contents of
how my e-mail is organized. So far all I've been able to do is print the
contents (messages) of one folder at a time, when all I really want is a list
of the folder names, hopefully within their original hierarchy.
I'm using MS Outlook from the 2007 Office Suite.
