Re installing XP

I Want to re install XP home. I have a second hdrive I use for back up and
larger files. Will those files be accessible after I re install without any
problems?

Yes -- as long as you're careful not to (re)install XP onto the second
hard drive, and as long as you install any necessary drivers for the
second hard drive. If you want to be extra careful, just unplug the
second drive before you do the reinstall.

But why do you want to reinstall XP? Many times, this is overkill.
