re-installing winxp

i have winxp installed(registered), and i am going to
format my disc and re-install win xp. what problems am i
going to have when xp tries to register itself with
microsoft again.

If it's been over 120 days since you activated your current install, you'll
have no problems at all. If it's been less, then you'll just need to choose
the activate by phone option. It'll tell you exactly what you need to do.
