Re-installing fp2003 upgrade (windows xp)

constant error message during install, cant get around
it!! message is... this patch package could not be opened.
verify that the patch package exists and can access it,
or contact the vendor. I went to the cd, found 3 msi
files, two installed ok, one did not, the one that did
not is
fp11n.msi . during regular install, you are not told what
file the computer is balking on, you have to guess by
clicking on the msi files. well, I found a identical
referance to this problem for ms plus, and corrective
steps to repair a damaged registery key,. I need help in
getting this problem fixed. would appreciate any ones
help..

Uninstall FP2003 (if it is still installed)
The get the Windows Clean-Up Utility and run it before you reinstall FP

Also you can log an install to see where the errors are occurring
