Re-installing Business Contact Manager Crashes my computer

I had a computer problem and had some work done and now I am re-installing my
outlook which works fine by itself but when I try to install Business contact
managerit install fine but when I run Outlook it starts to crash in cycles.
I get the message that Outlook encountered a problem and needs to shut down
and then it shuts down and starts back up again and just continues in cycles
doing that. After I shut down my computer and restart it I can uninstall
Business Contact Manager and everything works fine again.
