Install Business Contact Manager

I'm using Outlook 2003 and want to install the Business Contact Manager.

According the "Help" I should be able to do the following:

1.. Insert the Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
CD.
2.. In the Setup Wizard, click Install Office Outlook with Business
Contact Manager.
3.. Follow the instructions in the Business Contact Manager Setup Wizard
to complete the installation.

When I start the Setup Wizard for Office 2003 (Professional), I do not get
the option of Install Office Outlook with Business Contact Manager. Any
ideas? or is there another way to load the add-in.

Much thanks!!

It is a separate CD not included with all versions of Outlook. What version
do you have?

See http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/howtobuy/compare.mspx to check
if your version comes with BCM. If it does and you do not have the disk,
may I inquire where you got this version?

Reason I ask is that some folks who received complimentary copies at the
Office launch a few years ago did not receive this CD even though it was
supposed to be included in the complimentary version of Office 2003.

The version I have is Academic - purchased from a local college at a much
better rate than the "regular" Professional version. The wizard shows the
version as Professional.

There was only one disk that was delivered.

Thx!
