Re install xp

Hi I had to reinstall xp profesional and now I can only open in safe mode. It
continues to loop through a restart otherwise. Any sugestions?

Look in the event log and see if you can find out what is going on when
you boot normally. Disable the Automatically Reboot on failure option
(in System Properties | Advanced options) and see if you can get an
error message when you try to boot normally.
