re-install XP

to fix a lot of errers that pop up. now i can get email.
the browser loads with errers and it ask to connect to an
network in which is not there. So how can i re-install and
not lose my other program safly..

Try a Repair Install.

any programs you installed should be on cd-roms.
downloaded programs you should transfer to cd-roms.
personal data should be backed up on diskette/cd-rom.
