Re-Install XP and Lost Access to Secured Folder

Hi all,
I had to re-install my windows XP pro due to a disk
error. I still have the harddrive and I want to recover
My Documents. Unfortunately I my accounts My Documents
secured from viewing by other. Now I have no way of
getting to these files. Is there anthing I can do to get
into my folder.

Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
