RE install Windows xp

I had a copy of xp home on my system and had so many problems with it that even microsoft didnt find the problem after one month microsoft sent me a new xp home disk.and said to reinstall and gave me a site were there was help to install over a one that was on my system allready but thats were the problem started again.the site microsoft help managers gave me was www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windowsxp_sg_clean.asp well if they would have read it it said for installing from windows 9x/me so clean it is not.and for all the places i have look for info on removeing xp you cant
it cant be done.my system was build from scratch not one that came with documents so as far as crashing it and starting back to new is not a easy thing to do.so what iam asking is helppppppppppp all my old crap is still on here
Is there any place that helps with this problem

Ok after a lot of work and surfing i found the answer and
the problem has been taking care of because it looks like
this site didnt have time help me
