Re-install Vista...

I would like to re-install Windows Vista home Premium on my computer, but I
do not have the disk. My computer came factory installed. How can this be
done and without purchasing new software?

Ok forgive me but I know nothing about computers, what is the recovery
partition? I would like to re-install to out-of-box state. I already
contacted Toshiba and they sent me the recovery and applications/drivers
disk. I did that, now I would like to re-install Windows Vista Home Premium.
I don't have a disk for this since my computer came installed and the upgrade
cd expired.

Hi,

Toshiba's recovery disk should have the necessary files to reinstall the
operating system. To reiterate, it's not a reinstall of the operating
system, but rather an image replacement back to factory state.
