Re-install of WinXP to a new internal hard drive

Hi. My current hard drive is only 20 Gig and I'm
upgrading to an 80 Gig. I'll need to re-install WinXP
Pro on to the new hard drive and I've heard of problems
with the activation when this situation occurs. I
originally upgraded from Win98 2nd edition, to WinXp
Pro. Can anyone offer some help on this topic?

I don't know what myths you heard about Windows activation,
but they are unfounded. Simply install Windows XP on
your new drive and if the default internet Product Activation is
unsuccessful, they select the "activate by telephone" option
to obtain a new (and free) activation code.
