Re-install IE 6.0 on Sony Vaio FS215B

Hi,
I need to reinstall / repair IE 6.0 on my sony Laptop. I don't have a
Windows XP home SP2 CD with me. My Laptop comes preinstalled with WIN
XP Home SP2
 
I can't seem to get my Windows XP Home ed. reloaded onto my new
motherboard/processor and HD. I just upgraded all of these, but after
reinstaling Windows on the new harddrive , I get the error message "NTLDC is
missing". Now what?
 
Instead of posting to another Q start a new post
Explain what exactly you mean by 'I just upgraded'
The err msg is NTLDR is missing; there is a MS kb article for this, just
google
