Probably misunderstood you question. Apology.
Do you mean adding random animation on an object such as title placeholder
so that it applies to every slide? If so, click View > Master > Slide Master.
Bring up the custom animation (Slide Show > Custom Animation).
Click on the object you want to add animation on, then click Add effect >
Entrance > Random effects. Is that what you want?
