re enabling the "confirm before downloading" option

i installed service pack 2. since i do not want to be asked to confirm
before i download any file from the internet, i disabled the confirm option.
how do i re-enable the confirm option?

Goto file associations and the file type for example if it's a zip goto it's
properties then check the option confirm open after download.
