Re-enable menus

I am using Access 2007 Beta and was messing around with it and disabled all
the menus and Access options.

How do I re-enable?
 
Hi,
is this within a specific application or in the whole Access environment?
Try to hold down the shift key while starting the application.

As an add-on to what freakazeud wrote...

if you startup and you still don't see any menus, try pressing ALT-T,
the shortcut for the Tools menu (where the Startup... option is) ...
anything?
