RE-Creating MDB

I have a large MDB that I would like to create a new MDB for. The original
MDB has a security file that has a large amount of permissions set with it.

I know how to create the new MDB and import the objects. How do I go about
re-joining the same security file so that I do not have to set the
permissions all over again?

also, is there any way to bring a custom toolbar over to the new MDB?
