Re-assign Numbers to Spannish Accents

Is there a way to re-assign the numbers to the Spanish Accents? For Example:
á = Alt + 160 é = Alt + 130 í = Alt + 161
I would like to re-assign them in accending number sequence say, starting
with 130. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for your response. JungleJim74

You can't, but you don't need to use such keys combination. Instead add
US International to your language settings.
Select Regional and Language Options/Text Services and Input Languages
add United States International.
Then type accent-vowel in the old typewriter style or tilde-n to get ñ
or Ñ. Same procedure for other foreign letters.

What you state is one way to do it, but I think a much easier to use
way is to install the freeware program AllChars. This lets you type
many common special characters (many of these are used in other
languages) by pressing the ctrl key followed by a two character
mnemonic combination.

For example, for ñ the two characters are ~ and n. For ç it's c and ,
For ü it's u and "

Thanks a big bunch Roger. I installed the US International Keyboard and can
now type (Right Alt) + a to get the á and (Right Alt) + n to get the ñ. This
is much easier to remember than using the ALT + 160 or the ALT + 164 which I
had to use before. JungleJim74
