Re-Activating XP

Windows XP informs that I have to re-activate it due to
my installation of a GeForceFX 5200 video card and new
updated WHQL video driver. It says I have 3 days but upon
attempting to activate, it says it is unable to access
the activation server? I have double checked my network
connection and my modem card configurations and they are
correct.
Can anyone help me to figure out what may be the problem
with the activation server access error?
(Could it be that I am accessing the server during peak
times and their server is overloaded?)

Any input would be appreciated.

Upon trying to re-activate through the telephone option,
I am not given any phone number options and do not know
where I can find any numbers.

Did you choose a location from the drop-down listbox?
