RDP

I have a network of close to 100 machines I access all from my office using
RDP. I have run into a problem with the last machines I bought. Dell
Opti-Plex 330 with XP Pro sp3 factory installed. When I try to do remote
desktop I enter the IP and when I hit connect button it just comes back to
remote desktop screen with my IP. I installed a XPS one with Vista Ultimate
and was able to rdp with no problem. I grabbed a new Opti-Plex 330 and could
not RDP. This problem is on machine bought in the last three months, I have
reloaded three machines then they work fine. i also resell Dell computers so
I would like to find a fix so I dont have to reload every machine before I
send it out. Dell support tells me it is a Microsoft problem and I have to
reload.
