RD Web Connection Fails to Connect

I can connect to my PC on the office LAN from other PC's on the LAN, or from
my home PC, either through a VPN tunnel or directly if the LAN firewall is
configured to forward 3389 to my office PC.

RD Web Connection fails from XP and W2K PC's on the LAN, or from XP at home
through the tunnel.

The officepc/tsweb/ page loads, but gives "error on page" error in IE6, and
fails to change to an XP logon screen.

The error message is:

Line: 332
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: http://officepc/tsweb/

I don't know html, but line 332 of the tsweb page when opened in FrontPage
is:

<!-- Column 3 -->

Thanks,

I had already tried uninstalling desktop web connection, and then
reinstalling the standalone from that link.

I also made sure to delete the previous ActiveX RD control from the client
PC.

The new control downloads, but still won't run. Disabling my software
firewall has no effect (EZArmor - appears to be ZoneAlarm Pro)
