RC2 Issues

I loaded RC2 and while it has fixed my CD/DVD troubles two other things came
up. My keyboard and mouse fail to be recognised at times when I turn the
system on (this one cropped up with the last update in RC1). I am also
loosing my wireless network connection with regularity (Linksys internal
card) with RC2. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having these two
issues (??).

My mouse and keyboard are Microsofts so I'm puzzled on that one (shouldn't
be a driver issue I wouldn't have thought) and I have updated my wireless
card driver from Linksys just to try and fix it to no avail. Any ideas or
input would be great.

Thanks,

Chris

have you tried going to the device manager and rt. clicking on the objects
with no drivers and do a driver update? You can choose to browse your
computer or internet or you can select a location (like you CD/DVD). I had
to update my sound driver and my logitech webcam driver. It found both for
me!

Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Device Manager

Judy,

Yep, did all that but I guess I could do it again. It finds the KB and
mouse with a couple of boots and it doesn't always happen. The network card
it up to date too.

Thanks for the idea though : )
