RC-1 install - 6 hrs and counting

Started the install at 9pm and it is 3:30 am and the Vista is "completing
upgrade."

OK, I have 250 gigs on a mirrorred RAID, but 6 hrs is not going to cut it.

How much RAM and what FSB? If you run 256MB PC2100 RAM, your CPU overheats
(check fans... HDD temp also), slow DVD reader... you can go on vacation
till you get it to first reboot
