raw to cdfs

i was reading some other posts from a while back about the problem of windows cant recognize the disk it may not be formated and whatnot well i am having the same problem with an .iso image and the properties say its raw and i dont have the windows xp embedded software to rebuild it and put in the cdfs component so is there any other program to fix this? im using windows xp professional and alcohol 120% to mount the image..any help plz thanks
