Rational exansion of a decimal number

Usign Excel: Is there a mcro out there to retrun the ratioanl expansion of a
decimal number?
i.e., 0.75 == 3, 4
 
=SUBSTITUTE(TEXT(A1,"?/?"),"/",",")

You could format the cell as a fraction: 0.75 == 3/4
