Rasman won't start after SP4 install

It's killed my home network. Event viewer messages:

Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because
it could not create buffers. Restart the computer. Access
is denied.

The Remote Access Connection Manager service terminated
with the following error:
Access is denied.

Lend me your brain.

Hi TimCam

First, try to re-apply Service Pack 4. See if this fixes your problem.

If the problem persists, head to the following MS KB-Article: (It is for
Windows XP - it might help you out, though)

NOTE: ALL warnigs regarding changing registry values apply!
ALWAYS backup your registry before applying any changes.
