I have a brand new installation of XP Home SP2, and want to download and
install the updates. I went through the Windows Activation and the Found New
Hardware Wizard came up. On the taskbar it says that it found a RAS Async
Adapter. In the Wizard Windows it shows the small picture of a PCI card and
the decription is "Net". Below that it says an error occorred because the
Data is invalid. It puts an "Unknown Device" in my Device Manager, and now I
can't access the Internet. Can someone tell me what this is, and what to do
with it?
