RAS Api Porblem Using for clearing connection status.

I am geting error message When Using RasClearstaistics
That dll entry not found.
They i try to change the dll from another machine.
My all other api works properly.
I has to use this in this condition.
What i can do ?

The API for clearing statistics for a particular RAS connection is:
