RAR files

Microsoft has done a great job by allowing users to create & open the WinZip
files but why can't you add other file types, like WinRAR files.

I'm guessing licensing issues. WinRAR takes all files though. I prefer it as
it's faster, easier to use and supports more formats. I'm thinking its only
a matter of time before RAR support is in Windows. It's a very common
compression format now.
