Rapid Resue and Recovery

Need to use my Rapid Resue and Recovery but it ask for a password. I do not
remember setting one up so I cannot get past this point. Is there a way to
bypass or erase the password? When I look onsite for answers, it says to go
to programs and select Thinkvantage to administerthe passwords....I do not
have Thinkvantage listed under my programs. So I am lost..... Can anyone help?
 
Rapid Rescue and Recovery is not part of Windows.... if it came preinstalled
on your PC, then either consult your PC manual or the PC manufacturer.
