Randomly get "Page cannot be displayed

When I'm connected to the internet and I'm moving around
(i.e. getting my mail, in Messenger looking at someone's
profile, etc.), I get the page that says "Page cannot be
displayed" and the title bar says "Cannot Find Server-
Microsoft Internet Explorer". This happens randomly and
without reason, stays that way for a while, then
magically goes away. It sucks. It just comes and goes
without reason. I'll go back and perform the same task 10
mins later, and it'll go through to the right page. I
NEVER used to have this problem until just recently
(about 3 weeks). Does anyone know what's going on and how
I can rectify this? It's really starting to irritate me.
Thanks. Tom

Tom,
The "Cannot Find Server" error is usually Winsock related.

Mike,
Thank you! That was brilliant! I never would've known
that. I downloaded Winsock Repair.exe and that did it.
Many thanks again! You saved me. Tom
