random reboots

Agh! I have a pretty decent homebuilt machine that has always worked
well for me. Recently however, it has gotten into the nasty little
habit of crashing and rebooting for no reason. At first I thought it
may be the graphics card, as it typically did it during high graphical
stress activities. I replaced it, but things only got worse. Now it
will restart at random no matter what I am doing. (Which is exactly why
I am typing this as fast as I can!) I tried scandisk to see if there
were any bad sectors on the harddrive, but there were none. I
reinstalled just about every driver imaginable, and nothing changed. I
am now convinced it is software related. Needless to say I need help!!!

Have you checked your processor fan?? does it reboot within a certain time?

I had this at work kind of and I reinstalled SP2 on the users PC and it
seemed to have taken care of the issue.
